Simon commission was constituted by the new Tory government in Britain in response to the nationalist movement

Simon commission was appointed in 1928 to look into the constitutional reforms of India and suggest changes

But the problem was that that the commission did not included any Indian member which revoked anger among the nationalist

this was an insult for the Indians National is that not to include an Indian member and therefore there was a protest against the Simon commission
