30=2(L+B)
30=2(B+3+B)
30=4B+6
24=4B
B=6cm
L=9cm

Let the breadth be 'x' cm
And length, (x-3)cm as the length exceeds the breadth by 3cm

Perimeter = 2(l+b)
30 = 2[(x-3)+(x)]
30 = 2(2x-3)
30 = 4x-6
30+6 = 4x
36 = 4x
36/4 = x
9 = x

Since breadth, x = 9 cm
Therefore, length, x-3 = 9-3 = 6 cm
