R = 8%

To find:-

The principal.

Solution:-

Let the principal be P.

  • Using Simple interest formula.

 \boxed{S.I = \dfrac{PRT}{100}}

  • Put the given value.

 6510 = \dfrac{P \times 8 \times 3}{100}

 651000 = 24P

 P = \dfrac{651000}{24}

 P = 27,125

hence,

The principal will be 27,125.
