Given,

  • Principal = ₹ 9,000
  • Rate = 5 %
  • Time = 5.5 Years

To Find,

  • Simple Interest

Solution,

  : \boxed { \implies S.I =  \frac{PRT}{100} }

1 Year = 12 Months

So,

5.5 Years = 66 Months

1 Month = 1/12 Year

So,

66 Months = 66/12 Years

: \boxed {\implies S.I =  \frac{PRT}{100}  } \\  \\ : \implies S.I = \frac{9000 \times 5 \times 66}{100 \times 12}  \\  \\ : \implies S.I = \frac{90 \times 5 \times 66}{12}  \\  \\ : \implies S.I = \frac{45 \times 5 \times 11}{1}  \\  \\ : \boxed{ \implies S.I =2475}

Required Answer,
