this is the simplest i could do..
first using tan alpha and tan beeta , get two values of PM . then substitute both and u will get the value of x and then u have to add h .

Hopefully you are aware of the mathematical fact :->
--> If ( a / b ) = ( c / d ) => [ a + b ] / [ a - b ] = [ c + d ] / [ c - d ] √√
Now, tan α = x / PM || tan β = ( x + 2h ) / PM
=> tanβ / tanα = ( x + 2h ) / ( x )
Applying componendo dividendo -->
---> ( tanβ + tanα ) / ( tanβ - tanα ) = 2( x + h ) / 2h
=> Height of cloud = ( x + h ) = h [ ( tanβ + tanα ) / ( tanβ - tanα ) ]
And we're done ^_^ ...
