help46: pehle jo jo 90-theta ke form mein hai unko theta mein le aao... eg. sin(90-theta)= cos theta
help46: uske baad denominator common kar lo
help46: then you will find that there is 1-sin^2 theta which is ofcourse equal to cos^2 theta
help46: then cos^2 theta - cos^2 theta=0
help46: at last cosec theta x sec^2 theta/ cosec theta sec theta
help46: remaining sec theta.... thats what 1/cos theta is!!
