pehle jo jo 90-theta ke form mein hai unko theta mein le aao... eg. sin(90-theta)= cos theta
uske baad denominator common kar lo
then you will find that there is 1-sin^2 theta which is ofcourse equal to cos^2 theta
then cos^2 theta - cos^2 theta=0
at last cosec theta x sec^2 theta/ cosec theta sec theta
remaining sec theta.... thats what 1/cos theta is!!
