Answer: the summary of the poem is that there is a relationship displayed between a son and his father where the father teaches the son some basic life lessons .The father asks the child to never stop believing in himself and to not get affected by the twisted truth the society presents.He says that every second of life is important and you should know how to not waste those 60 seconds.The father wants to make the son an ideal person and a good human being.
