 = 4(3 +  \sqrt{3}) +  \sqrt{3} (3 +  \sqrt{3}) \\  = 12 + 4 \sqrt{3}  + 3 \sqrt{3}  + ( \sqrt{3} )^{2}   \\  = 12 + 7 \sqrt{3}  + 3 \\  = 15 + 7 \sqrt{3}
