(2) -16/9 + -5/12

1) 7/9-3/4
=(28-27)/36
=1/36



2) -16/9-5/12
=(-144-15)/36
=-159/36
=-53/12

7/9+3/-4
3×-1=-3/
-4×-1=4
7/9 + -3/4
(lcm of 9and4=36)
=(7×4 + -3×9) /
( 9×4 + 4×9)
= 28+(-27) / 36
=1/36
1/36 ans
