Heya mate

 \frac{1}{2}  -  \sqrt{3}  -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }  +  \sqrt{2}  +  \frac{5}{3}  -  \sqrt{2}

eleminate the opposite terms

 \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{5}{3}  -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{ 3} }  -  \sqrt{3}

calculate the lcm of denominators

 \frac{3 + 10 - 2 \sqrt{3}  - 6 \sqrt{3} }{6}

find the sum

 \frac{13 - 8 \sqrt{3} }{6}
