It’s very hard to answer: you are not clear what you mean with x*2, is it x² or 2*x? Same with x*2 -xy, is that a denominator or not?

Assuming you mean x²-xy, y²-xy and that is the denominators (a parenthesis would make this clear) it’s zero.

1xy+1x2−xy+1y2−xy⟺

(x−y)xy(x−y)+yxy(x−y)+−xxy(x−y)⟺

(x−y)+y−xxy(x−y)⟺

0xy(x−y)=0
