Simplify (10+√3)(6+√2)

(10 +  \sqrt{3})(6 +  \sqrt{2}) \\  = 60 + 6 \sqrt{3} + 10 \sqrt{2} +  \sqrt{6} \\  = 60 + 10.4 + 14.1 + 2.4 \\  = 86.9 \\  = 87 \: approximately.

(10+3) (6+2)

=60+102+63+6

=60+10.4+14.1+2.4

=86.9

=87aproximately

(a+b) (c+d) =a×c+ad+cb+bd
