its too simple. you just need to follow the BODMAS rules, so first you got to multiply and then add the remaining terms, so it is as follows:-
[11*(-9)/18] + [(-3)*5/4*6]
=[11/(-2)] + [5/(-8)]------------9*2=18 and 3*2=6
=-11/2-5/8
=[-4(11)-5]/8 ----------------taking LCM
=-49/8
