$12-8-2-[16 × (-2) + (3 \times 5-4)] \\ \\ = > 12 - 8 - 2 - ( - 32 + 11) \\ \\ = > 12 - 8 - 2 - ( - 21) \\ \\ = > 12 - 8 - 2 + 21 \\ \\ = > 33 - 10 = 23$
