Step-by-step explanation:

 \bf \: 15 - \cfrac{1}{7} \{(5 × 3) + 6 \} \\ \\ \bf \: 15 - \cfrac{1}{7} \{15+ 6 \} \\ \\ \bf \: 15 - \cfrac{1}{7} \times 21 \\ \\ \bf \: 15 -3 \\ \\ \bf \: 12
