Here the answer is,

(2+√2)(2+√2)

=(2+√2)^2

By using identity :—(a+b)^2=(a)^2+(b)^2+2ab

=(2)^2+(√2)^2+2(2)(√2)

=4+2+4√2

=6+4√2

Hope it will help you!

Answer:

= 6 + 4 √ 2

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Simplify  ( 2 + √ 2 ) ( 2 + √ 2 ) solve .

To find : Simplify  ( 2 + √ 2 ) ( 2 + √ 2 ) solve .

Solution :

( 2 + √ 2 ) ( 2 + √ 2 )

= ( 2 + √ 2 ) ^ 2

By using identity :— ( a + b ) ^ 2 = ( a ) ^ 2 + ( b ) ^ 2 + 2 a b

= ( 2 ) ^ 2 + (√ 2 ) ^ 2 + 2  ( 2 ) ( √ 2 )

= 4 + 2 + 4 √ 2

= 6 + 4 √ 2
