IF 2/3 AND 1/5 ARE POWERS (EXPONENTS):

2^2/3 × 2^1/5

When bases are same, powers are added.

2^ 2/3 + 1/5

2^ 10+3/15

2^ 13/15

IF 2/3 AND 1/5 ARE BASES (NORMAL NUMBERS):

2×2/3 × 2×1/5

4/3 × 2/5

8/15

I hope this helps : )

Answer:

2 \ \frac{2}{3}  \times 2 \ \frac{1}{5}  \\ =  2 ( \frac{2}{3 }  +  \frac{1}{5} ) \\ =  2( \frac{2 \times 5 + 1 \times 3}{3 \times 5} ) \\  = 2( \frac{10 + 3}{15} ) \\  = 2 \ \frac{13}{15}
