The simplified answer is -1553/240.

From the BODMAS rule, we know that we have to evaluate what is being done in bracket them doing addition, followed by subtraction.

To find: (-2/3×4/5) + (9/5×-10/3)- (3/16-1/4).

(-2/3×4/5) = (-2/3) × (4/5) = -8/15

(9/5×-10/3) = (9/5) × (-10/3) = -90/15

(3/16-1/4) = (3/16) - (1/4) = -1/16

So, -8/15 - 90/15 + 1/16

= -8/15 -95/16

= -1553/240

This is the final result.
