Solution -

For addition of fraction number both the denominator should be same.

The LCM of 3,6 and 9 we get 18 .

For that Multiply 2/3 by 6/6 , 7/6 by 3/3 and 1/9 by 2/2 we get

= $\frac{12}{18}+ \frac{21}{18} + \frac{2}{18}$

= $\frac{12+21+2}{18}$

= $\frac{35}{18}$

Divide 35 by 18 we get

= $1.94$  (In decimal)
