simplify

(2 to the power -1 ÷ 5 to the power -1) × ( -5/8) to the power -1.

 {2}^{ - 1}  \div  {5}^{ - 1}  \times  \times  { (\frac{ - 5}{8}) }^{ - 1}  \\  \frac{5}{2}  \times  \frac{8}{ - 5}  \\  =  - 4

arunav23: i have also solved it and answer was -4 but in my book answer was -10 . so i asked in brainly.
