Heya friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:
 \sqrt{20} + \sqrt{245} - \sqrt{405} \\ \\ = \sqrt{2 \times 2 \times 5} + \sqrt{7 \times 7 \times 5} - \sqrt{9 \times 9 \times 5} \\ \\ = \sqrt{ {2}^{2} \times5 } + \sqrt{ {7}^{2} \times 5} - \sqrt{ {9}^{2} \times 5 } \\ \\ = 2 \sqrt{5} + 7 \sqrt{5} - 9 \sqrt{5} \\ \\ = 9 \sqrt{5} - 9 \sqrt{5} \\ \\ = 0

Hope this helps!!!
