Before simplifying , Le us convert 1 kilogram into grams because when we simplify this question , the question should have only one unit both the sides to get an accurate answer .. so ,

1 kilogram = 1000 grams


 ⇒200 gm : 1000 gm

⇒200 ; 1000

⇒100 ; 500

⇒1 ; 5

Therefore the answer is 1 : 5.
