(25 \times  {10}^{5}  \times  {t}^{8} ) \div ( {10}^{3}  \times  {t}^{4} )
25 \times  {10}^{(5 - 3)}  \times  {t}^{(8 - 4)}
25 \times  {10}^{2}  \times  {t}^{4}
2500 \times  {t}^{4}

25×10^5×t^8÷10^3×t^8
we know that when same no are divided with different powers then we subtract higher power with lower so
25×10^5-3×t^8-4
25×100×t4
(2500×t^4)
