\bold{Explanation:}

 =  > (2x + 3)(5x - 4) + (4x - 2)(3x - 2)

 =  > 2x(5x - 4) + 3(5x - 4) + (4x - 2)(3x - 2)

 =  > 10 {x}^{2}  - 8x + 15x - 12 + 4x(3x - 2) - 2(3x - 2)

 =  > 10 {x}^{2}  + 7x - 12 + 12 {x}^{2}  - 8x - 6x + 4

\bold{ =  > 22 {x}^{2}  - 7x - 8 = 0}

Now,it is in the form of a quadratic equation we will use quadratic formula to find out the equation:-

x =  \dfrac{ - b \pm \sqrt{ {b}^{2}  - 4ac} }{2a}

a=22,b=-7 and c=-8

x =   \dfrac{ - ( - 7)\pm \sqrt{ {( - 7)}^{2} - 4(22)( - 8) } }{2 \times 22}

x =  \dfrac{7\pm \sqrt{49 + 704} }{44}  =  \dfrac{7\pm \sqrt{753} }{44}
