( {3}^{ - 1}  \div  {6}^{ - 1} ) \div  {( \frac{3}{4}) }^{ - 1}

 = ( \frac{1}{3}  \div  \frac{1}{6} ) \div  \frac{4}{3}

 = ( \frac{1}{3}  \times 6) \div  \frac{4}{3}

 =  = (  \frac{6}{3})  \div  \frac{4}{3}

 = 2 \div  \frac{4}{3}

 \bf \red{ \underline{solution}}

(3 {}^{ - 1}  \div 6 {}^{ - 1} ) \div ( \frac{3}{4} ) {}^{ - 1}

=( \frac{1}{3}  \div  \frac{1}{6} ) \div  \frac{4}{3}

=( \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{6}{1} ) \div  \frac{4}{3}

 =\frac{6}{3}  \div  \frac{4}{3}

= \frac{6}{3}  \times  \frac{3}{4}

  =\purple{\frac{6}{4} }
