 = (3 +  \sqrt{2} )(5 +  \sqrt{7} ) \\  = 3(5 +  \sqrt{7} ) +  \sqrt{2} (5 +  \sqrt{7} ) \\  = 12 + 3 \sqrt{7}  + 5 \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{14}
