3 = log 1000
2= log 100
3/2 is already in a simplified form.
log x - log y =  log x
                             y

Therefore 3/2(logx - logy) =   3/2(log x/y)
                                          =  3 log x
                                              2       y

\frac{3}{2}(Logx-Logy)\\\\\frac{3}{2}Log\frac{x}{y}\\\\Log(\frac{x}{y})^{\frac{3}{2}}
