By using the Identity,

(a \:  + b)(a \:  - b) =  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}

( \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{2} )( \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{2} ) =  ( { \sqrt{3} }^{2} )  -  ({ \sqrt{2} }^{2})

 = 3 - 2 \\  = 1
