(3/9 + 5/18) × 21/24

LCM of 9 and 18 is 18.

3/9 × 2/2 = 6/18

5/18 × 1/1 = 5/18

6/18 + 5/18 = 11/18

11/18 × 21/24 = 231/432

Hope it helps

Answer:

We will solve the Brackets first.

we will take LCM of denominators inside the Bracket:- 9 and 18.

So,

LCM of 9 and 18 will be 18 only.

So,

3×2/9×2 ( we multiply 2 to make it 18)

( 6/18+ 5 / 18) × 21/ 24

So, we will have

11/18 × 21/24(we add numerators to find a constant no. 11)

So, now we can cut the numbers which are coming in same no.table.

So, after cutting we will have 11/6 × 7/ 24(Both 18 and 21 come in 3 table)

So, final answer will be

77/144 (in decimal 0.5347222....)
