By the law of exponents,

 {3}^{2}  \times  {3}^{ - 5}  \times  {3}^{6}  =  {3}^{2 - 5 + 6}

2 - 5 + 6 = 3

And hence ,

the answer is

 {3}^{3}  = 27

I hope this helps you
