  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of the expression.

         Given data:- x=2.

         To find:-   3x(4x-5)+3.

         Solution:-

  • To solve the above equation we will follow the BODMAS rule.
  • It is the rule used to remember the order of operations to be followed while solving expressions in mathematics.

       where,

      B= bracket

       O= order of power or rules

       D= division

       M= multiplication

       A= addition

       S= subtraction

       Therefore,

     3x(4x-5)+3\\\Rightarrow 3(2)(4(2)-5)+3\\\Rightarrow 6(8-5)+3\\\Rightarrow 6(3)+3\\\Rightarrow 18+3\\\Rightarrow 21.

     Hence we will get the value 21.

Given: The equation is 3x(4x-5)+3and the value ofx=2.

We have to solve the equation.

By using the Bodmas rule, we are solving the above equation.

As we know that the Bodmas rule is used to remember the order of operations to be followed while solving expressions in mathematics.

Where,

\begin{array}{l}\mathrm{B}=\text{brackets}\\\mathrm{O}=\text { order of powers or rules } \\\mathrm{D}=\text { division } \\\mathrm{M}=\text { multiplication } \\\mathrm{A}=\text { addition } \\\mathrm{S}=\text { subtraction }\end{array}

We are solving in the following way:

We have,

The equation is 3x(4x-5)+3and the value ofx=2

3x(4x-5)+3

\begin{array}{l}\Rightarrow 3(2)(4(2)-5)+3 \\\\\Rightarrow 6(8-5)+3 \\\\\Rightarrow 6(3)+3 \\\\\Rightarrow 18+3 \\\\\Rightarrow 21 .\end{array}

Hence, the solution of the equation is21.
