(a+b)(a-b) = a²-b²
Here, a = (3x-4y) and b = 2.
Thus,
(3x-4y)² -2²
9x²+16y²-12xy-4.

By formula a²-b²=(a+b) (a-b)

Here, (3x-4y) is a

And (-2) is b

Then

{3x-4y+2}{3x-4y-2}

{3x-4y}² - 2²

Then by formula (a-b)²=a²+b²-2ab

9x²+16y²-24xy-4

I hope this this will help you
