 - 4 \div  (\frac{ - 2}{5}  \times  \frac{3}{4} ) \\  =  - 4  \div ( \frac{( - 2) \times 3}{5 \times 4} ) \\  =  - 4 \div ( \frac{ - 1 \times 3}{5 \times 2} ) \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: by \: cancellation \\  =  - 4 \div  \frac{ - 3}{10}  \\  =  \frac{ - 4}{1}  \div  \frac{ - 3}{10}  \\  =  \frac{ - 4}{1}  \times  \frac{ - 10}{3}  \\  =  \frac{( - 4) \times ( - 10)}{1 \times 3}  \\  =  \frac{ 40}{3}  \\  =   \ 13\frac{1}{3}
