(4+ \sqrt{3} ) (4- \sqrt{ 3} ) +6 \\  \\  = ( {4)}^{2}  - ( { \sqrt{3} )}^{2}  + 6 \\  \\  = 16 - 3 + 6 \\  \\  = 16 + 6 - 3 \\  \\  = 22 - 3 \\  \\  = 19
