First operation is Bracket. Here, we've to solve the contents of the two brackets separately but simultaneously.

(4 - 5) = (-1)

(13 - 18 + 2) = (15 - 18) = (-3)

(-1) - (-3)

= (-1) + 3

= 3 - 1

= 2.
