(4/5) ^-3 × (4/5) ^-9 = (5/4) ^-6x

(4/5) ^-3 × (4/5) ^-9 = (4/5) ^6x

Now remove the bases as they are all same.

-3 x -9 = 6x

27 = 6x

x = -27/6

x = -9/2 = -4.5
