SOLUTION:

 \frac{ - 4}{7}  +  \frac{7}{6}  +  \frac{2}{7}  + 3 + ( \frac{ - 11}{6} )

Now let us bring the integers together which has the same denominator

 \frac{ - 4}{7}  +  \frac{2}{7}  +  \frac{7}{6}  -  \frac{11}{6}  + 3

 \frac{ - 4 + 2}{7}  +  \frac{7 - 11}{6}  + 3

 \frac{ - 2}{7}  -  \frac{4}{6}  + 3

L.C.M of 7 and 6 is 42

 \frac{ - 12 - 28 + 126}{42}

 \frac{86}{42}

2.047

Hence, the required answer is 2.047
