$\frac{ - 4}{9} \times \frac{ - 18}{16} \times \frac{28}{ - 3} \times - 4 \\ = \frac{ - 4 \times - 18 \times - 28 \times - 4}{9 \times 16 \times 3} \\ = \frac{28224}{432 }$
In decimal form it is 65.3...........

= ( - 4 x - 18 x 28 x - 4) / (9 x 16 x - 3)
= ( 28 x 2) / 3
= 56 / 3
