Step-by-step explanation:

(4a - 3b + 11c)(a + b) - (16b - 13c + 2a)(a - c)

 = (4 {a}^{2} - 3ab + 11ac + 4ab - 3 {b}^{2} + 11bc ) - (16ab - 13ac + 2 {a}^{2} - 16bc + 13 {c}^{2} - 2ac)

 = 4 {a}^{2} - 3ab + 11ac + 4ab - 3 {b}^{2} + 11bc - 16ab + 13ac - 2 {a}^{2} + 16bc - 13 {c}^{2} + 4ac

 = 2 {a}^{2} - 3 {b}^{2} - 13 {c}^{2} - 15ab + 28ac + 27bc

Hence , simplified.
