\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\bold{\red{Solution : \longrightarrow}}}}}

\bold{Given,}

\bold{x = - 1}

\bold{The \: \: value \: \: of}

\bold{ 4x(x + 1) - 5x(x - 3) + 8} \\ \\ \bold{= 4 {x}^{2} + 4x - 5 {x}^{2} + 15x + 8}

\bold{Now \: \: putting \: \: -1 \: \: in\: \: the\: \: place \: \: of \: \: x \: \:\: \: }\\

 \bold{= 4 \times( { - 1)}^{2} + 4 \times (-1) - 5 \times ( { - 1)}^{2} + 15 \times ( - 1) + 8} \\ \\ \bold{= 4 \times 1 +( - 4) - 5 \times 1 +( - 15 )+ 8} \\ \\ \bold{= 4 - 4 - 5 - 15 + 8} \\ \\ \bold{= - 12}\: \: \: \boxed{\bold{\red{Ans}}}
