(5 \sqrt{2}  + 2 \sqrt{3} )(5 \sqrt{2}  - 2 \sqrt{3} )

 =  {(5 \sqrt{2}) }^{2}  - ( { 2\sqrt{3}) }^{2}  \\  \\  = 25 \times 2 - 4 \times 3 \\  = 50 - 12 \\  = 38
