question is

(5 -  \sqrt{3} )(2 +  \sqrt{3} )2

first of all we multiple 2 with

2 +  \sqrt{3}

now

(5 -  \sqrt{3} )(4 + 2 \sqrt{3} )

multiplying 5 and -root 3 to both 4 and 2root3 one by one

20 + 10 \sqrt{3}  - 4 \sqrt{3}  - 6

simplifying this we have

14 + 6 \sqrt{3}
