Now:

 {5}^{2}  +  { \sqrt{5} }^{2}  + 2 \times 5 \times  \sqrt{5}

 = 25 + 5 + 10 \sqrt{5}

 = 30  + 10 \sqrt{5}

 = 10(3 +  \sqrt{5} )
