simplify :- [(-5)/7+1/3]÷[12/21+1]

$\frac{(-5)/7+(1/3)}{(12/21)+1} = \frac{(-15+7)/21}{(12+21)/21} \\= \frac{(-15+7)}{(12+21)}\\= \frac{-8}{33} \\$
