 =  \frac{ {5}^{n + 2} - 6 \times  {5}^{n + 2}  }{13 \times  \ {5}^{n - 2} - 2 \times  {5}^{n + 1}   }

Simplification:

 =  \frac{ {5}^{n}  \times  {5}^{2} - 6( {5}^{n}  \times 5)  }{13 \times  {5}^{n}  - 2( {5}^{n} \times 5) }

 =  \frac{ {5}^{n}(25 - 30) }{ {5}^{n}(13 - 10) }

(Crossing out 5^n)

  =  \frac{ - 5}{3}
