5 \sqrt{3}  + 2 \sqrt{27}  + 1 \sqrt{3}

 = 5 \sqrt{3}  +2 \times 3 \sqrt{3}   + 1 \sqrt{3}

 = 5 \sqrt{3}  + 6 \sqrt{3}  + 1 \sqrt{3}

 = 12 \sqrt{3}
