By using identity-

( {a} + b)^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  + 2ab +  {b}^{2}

 =(  { \sqrt{6} })^{2}  + 2 \times  { \sqrt{6} }  \times  { \sqrt{3} } + ( { \sqrt{3} }^{2} )

 = 6 + 2 \sqrt{18}  + 3
