 {8}^{ \frac{1}{3} }  = 2, - 1 +  \sqrt{ - 3} , - 1 -  \sqrt{ - 3}

 {27}^{ \frac{1}{3} }  = 3, \frac{ - 3}{2}  +  \frac{3 \sqrt{ - 3} }{2} , \frac{ - 3}{2}  -  \frac{3 \sqrt{ - 3} }{2}

   \sf{8}^{ \frac{1}{3} }  +  {27}^{ \frac{1}{3} }  = 5, \frac{1}{2}   \pm \frac{3 \sqrt{ - 3} }{2} ,2 \pm \sqrt{ - 3} , -  \frac{5}{2}  \pm \frac{5 \sqrt{ - 3} }{2} , -  \frac{5}{2}  \pm  \frac{ \sqrt{ - 3} }{2}

And, considering only the real value

 {8}^{ \frac{1}{3} }  +  {27}^{ \frac{1}{3} }  = 5
