Using BODMAS rule,

First divide, then multiply , then add and at last subtract.

 \bold{42 - 18 ÷ 2 × 3}
 \bold{= 42 - 9 × 3} \\ <br /> \bold{= 42 - 27} \\ <br /> \bold{= 15}


Hence the answer ( value ) is 15.

we will do this question by BODMAS


first we will solve divide sign....
so,
42 (- 18 ÷ 2) × 3
which is 42 - 9 × 3

now we will solve multiply sign.....
so,

42(-9×3)
which is 42 - 27

now we will simply subtract.....
so,
42 - 27 is 15


SO,after simplifying the answer is 15.
