= a³ + a² + a + 5

1) a = -2

(-2)³ + (-2)² + (-2) + 5

= -8 +4 -2 + 5

= 9 - 10

2) a = 2

2³ + 2² + 2 + 5

= 8 + 4 + 2 + 5

= 19
